On April 17, 2026, we hosted a virtual community session via Zoom to celebrate Nepal Heritage Week and to engage in meaningful discussions about future community planning and initiatives. The session provided an inclusive platform for community members to come together, reflect on our cultural milestones, and share ideas on how we can continue strengthening and preserving our heritage in Canada. It also served as an important opportunity to coordinate upcoming events and ensure continued collaboration within the community. The primary focus of the meeting was to reflect on our recent achievements and cultural progress while also exploring ways to enhance future programs and celebrations. Participants actively contributed to discussions aimed at fostering unity, representation, and long-term community growth. The purpose of this session was to encourage open dialogue and collective decision-making, ensuring that the voices of our community members remain central in shaping our initiatives. Overall, this discussion marked a significant step forward in strengthening our community engagement and planning for the future. It reinforced our shared commitment to cultural preservation and highlighted the importance of collaboration as we continue to celebrate and promote our heritage in Canada.
